A medium-size oasis city in Paralia. It is south of Sashai in the middle of the Eknu desert. It is the only thing of note in the massive expanse.

Whistling Oasis city seems to have an abnormally large population of Mirage Dragons. They are mostly harmless, but will sometimes steal shiny stuff from stalls and other places or play small pranks on citizens. They are loathed in the rest of the world, but the people of the city tolerate them and live mostly peacefully alongside them. They are guarded by Hoshi, who considers them family.
