Below is a map of the mainland, which includes all the largest settlements and rough biomes. I'm aware I made it look small because of the large doodles for certain cities, but this chunk of land is roughly half the size of north america.
Aside from making easy to point out areas on the map, the regions roughly represent influence from the 4 base elemental demigods. (water, earth, fire and air) Influence refers to which demigod a region most recognises and actively practices with. Within each region lies its corresponding life spring.
The regions are rough horizontal strips across the map, and are sorted from north to south in the navigation bar.
Nophra’s climate would be extremely volatile if not for the influence of the demigods. Since the landmass takes up such a small section of the globe, the weather generated by the endless sea is extreme and unpredictable.
When sailing too far from the mainland, a ‘wall’ of wind is encountered. It’s not a physical barrier, moreso just the edge of where the demigods are able to keep the weather safe. Sailing past this barrier is impossible since boats will capsize quickly or get destroyed. Travelling underwater is equally futile, since the currents outside are just as bad as the wind.
